Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the 2010  Spa & Resort Expo and Medical Aesthetics Conference in New York.   As you may know, we at UBM also produce HBA Global Expo, which is co-located with the SPA show.  Once again,  you will have access to attendees from both the SPA show as well as the HBA show.  We expect to bring you a strong event!

 

To make this Show as successful and trouble-free as possible, we have prepared this Exhibitor Service Manual to anticipate your needs and assist you in your pre-Show planning. The Exhibitor Service Manual is divided into sections, addressing all the key items needed to have a successful exhibit and maximize the value of your investment. Please review the Table of Contents thoroughly, as it contains valuable information.

 

In placing your orders, keep in mind that starting early will save you time and money in today’s market. Be sure to order your utilities and services as early as possible as the deadline date reflects the deadline for advance pricing. Orders placed on-site often need to be processed and fulfilled during off-hours which may prolong your set-up and incur overtime charges. Also, remember to register for your Exhibitor Badges using the web address provided. You will receive an access code allowing you to process your badges, in June.
