EXHIBITOR INSURANCE INFORMATION
DEADLINE May 4, 2012
All Exhibitors and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors must provide
an ORIGINAL Certificate of Insurance that meets the following requirements:
1. Policy period in effect from June 18 through June 21, 2012
2. Policy issued by an insurance carrier authorized to do business in the state of New York
3. Policy showing evidence of insurance coverage with minimum limits of US $2,000,000 combined single limit bodily injury and broad form property damage coverage, including broad form contract liability.
4. Policy showing evidence of Workman's Compensation and Employer's Liability with minimum limits of US $1,000,000 each occurrence, US $1,000,000 Disease – Policy Limit and US $1,000,000 Disease – Each Employee
5. Policy naming the following parties as additionally insured:
Spa and Resort / Medical Aesthetics Expo and Conference,
UBM Live,
UBMi Princeton LLC
the Jacob Javits Convention Center,
the state of New York,
New York Convention Center Development Corporation,
New York Convention Center Operating Corporation,
The Empire State Development Corporation and Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority.
