EXHIBITOR BADGES ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS
TO PICK-UP BADGE ON-SITE, REGISTER ONLINE BY JUNE 14, 2012 TO COMPLETE BADGE ORDERS GO TO: https://web1.accureg.com/spa12_prod/EMS/CMPHost.asp IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
· Deadline for registering online is June 14, 2012
· All badges must be picked up on-site at Spa’s “EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION” counter. Individual badges may be picked up by each person at the show. Each individual must show business and personal ID to receive his/her badge.
· For security purposes, please do not give exhibitor badges to persons who are not employed by your company.
· Replacement badges can be processed at the “EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION” counter at the show. You must surrender the old badge to obtain a new badge.
· If there is an error on any badge, bring the incorrect badge, along with a business card to “EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION” counter (beginning Monday, June 18 at 8:00am) and a new one will be printed on-site.
· The company name on the badge must be the contracted exhibiting company. Company names other than the contracted exhibitor will not be printed on the badge.
· Each exhibitor has up until June 14, 2012 to enter his/her Exhibitor Badge order or to make any additions/deletions/alterations to his/her Exhibitor Badge order. After June 14, 2012, any additions/deletions/alterations must be submitted onsite.
· Exhibitor Badges will be printed as entered. UBM Live is not responsible for omissions or typographical errors that have been entered by an exhibitor.
· All exhibitor badge orders must be submitted online.
No one under the age of 18 will be admitted into the show under any circumstances.
