BOOTH DIAGRAM / HANGING SIGN PLAN INSTRUCTIONS

DEADLINE: April 9, 2012 

All exhibitors with a booth of 400 sq. ft. or larger are required to submit a booth drawing, no smaller than 11x17 inches. Your booth diagram must be received and approved by show management by April 9, 2012. Please be sure that your booth drawing includes the following information:

• Exhibiting Company Name 

• Booth Number 

• Contact information of person designing booth

• Height of Backwall

• Height and approximate location of towers and other structures

• Confirmation that backwall will be finished

• Island Booth Exhibitors Only: Please indicate whether or not you plan to hang a sign from the ceiling.

  ONLY Island booth exhibitors are permitted to suspend signage from the ceiling.
